Board President - Mark Tomblyn
Mark became a volunteer with the Mountain State Forest Festival in the mid 1980’s as a member of the Grand Feature Parade Committee. He later served as Chairman of the Information Booth in 1987 and 1988 and was an Assistant Director for many years beginning in 1989. In 2004, he was named Director General of the 68th Mountain State Forest Festival and in November that same year was elected to the Festival Board of Directors. Tomblyn assumed the duties of President of the Board in January 2011 and is co-owner of the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. He is married to Dinah Tomblyn and they have two children, Amanda and Alex Tomblyn.
