Renee is responsible for the functioning and overall management of the association under policies established by the Board of Directors. With the Board and current Director General, the Executive Director is responsible for program and event management, budgeting and fiscal oversight, sponsor recruitment and business development, public relations, board relations, future event development and preservation of festival’s heritage and culture. She is responsible for coordinating activities related to community promotion and marketing. Oversees the creation and development of all marketing and advertising materials as related to the Mountain State Forest Festival at-large and maintains the festival website and Facebook page. Debbie Judy, Administrative Assistant

Debbie is responsible for providing organizational, administrative and clerical assistance for the annual Mountain State Forest Festival. She manages the daily festival workflow and works very closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, Director General, Assistant Directors, court members, vendors, and the general public. Debbie is truly the gatekeeper of all festival information. She can assist you over the phone or here in the festival office with tickets sales, a souvenir purchase, event information or registration. She also plays a major role in the design and development of the official festival program.
