Summary:
Maid Silvia the 74th will be crowned Queen Silvia LXXIV. Her royal court will consist of 2 Maids of Honor, Trainbearers, a Sceptor Bearer, Flower Girls, a Crown Bearer, Court Jesters, and 40 princesses. It is the most spectacular display of pageantry on the east coast as the court descends down coronation hill on the beautiful campus of Davis & Elkins College. Also participating in the ceremony are state and local dignitaries and WVU's ROTC.

Description:
Thousands of spectators gather at the outdoor ampitheater on the campus of Davis & Elkins College for the royal coronation of Maid Silvia. The public is invited to attend a celebration in her honor at Halliehurst immediately following the coronation.
