Talent Shows
Description:
Local and regional artists/vocalists compete in different age categories to take home prize money.
- Monday - Gospel
- Tuesday - Variety
- Wednesday - Country
- Thursday - Finalists
The talent show will get underway nightly at 7:00 PM.
Each contestant in the Talent Show will be allowed to play one song or performance not to exceed seven minutes.
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Adult: first place - $300.00; second place - $150.00; third place - plaque
Teen: first place - $150.00; second place - $75.00; third place - plaque
Children: first place - $75.00; second place - $50.00; third place - plaque
Forest festival plaques and money will be awarded Thursday. Any person whose entry wins in more than one category will choose only 1 song to perform for Thursday. Winners must perform on Thursday to receive cash prizes and plaques.
