Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced that Emily Ann Bibey will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Emily Ann Bibey was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director General Robbie Morris. She is the daughter of James and Kelly Bibey of Elkins. She is the granddaughter of Tom and Barbara Binns of Elkins and the late Kenneth and Willa Mae Bibey of Belington. Princess Emily has one brother, Justin Bibey, and one sister, Angela Bibey.

Emily is a 2021 Graduate of Elkins High School, where she graduated top 10% of her class and was in the Spanish Honor Society. She has also danced for 11 years at Dance By Farrah. Princess Emily is a sophomore at Fairmont State University where she is a member of the Fairmont State Dance Team and was on the Presidents List her first semester.
