Maid Silvia Caroline Marie Fluke and Train Bearers Nicholas Joesph ‘NJ’ Patella and Cooper Preston Warner make their way down the Coronation Hill on the campus of Davis & Elkins College. Fluke was crowned the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival Queen.
