April Jane Marsh Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced that April Jane Marsh will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess April Jane Marsh was appointed by MSFF Director General Robbie Morris. She is the daughter of Jaime and Dr. Teresa Marsh of Philippi. She is the granddaughter of Thomas Bulatko of Belington and the late Shelby Bulatko of Belington. Princess April has one sister, Shelby Lynn Marsh. April is a 2020 graduate of Philip Barbour High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, 4 year lettered Cheerleader, Blue Chip Trophy recipient, honor roll, debate club, HOSA, and HOSA States, and Girls State.

Ariel Brooke Mallow Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Ariel Brooke Mallow will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Ariel Brooke Mallow was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director General Robbie Morris.  She is the daughter William and Garilee Mallow of Montrose, WV.  She is the granddaughter of the late Judith Mallow of Elkins, WV and Gary and Bobbi Kisner of Hendricks, WV.  She has three brothers, Lucas, Brayden and Aiden Mallow and three sisters, Jasmine, Avery and Hazel Mallow.

Princess Ariel is a 2019 graduate of Elkins High School where she was an honor roll student, President of National Technical Honor Society, 4-year member of Skills USA and a member of FBLA.  She ranked third in the state for PSA in FBLA and was a national qualifier for FBLA in San Antonio, TX.  She was a two-year letterman for softball.  In the fall, she will be graduating from Pierpont Community & Technical College with an associate of applied science in advanced welding.  She was on the dean’s list and a member of the National Technical Honor Society.

Julie Nicole Koontz Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Julie Nicole Koontz will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Julie Nicole Koontz was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director General, Robbie Morris and is the daughter of Paul Koontz of Morgantown, WV and Stacey Koontz of Masontown, WV.  She is the granddaughter of Edward and Carol Koontz of Masontown, WV and Nancy Deboni of Ruskin, FL.  She has two brothers, Justin Miller and Dillon Koontz.

Katelyn Leigh Kimbleton Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced that Katelyn Leigh Kimbleton will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Katelyn Leigh Kimbleton, was appointed by West Virginia State Senator Bill Hamilton. She is the daughter of Jeremy and Crystal Kimbleton of Alpena. She is the granddaughter of Ellis “Duke” and Abigail Humphrey of Alpena and the late John Kimbleton of Alpena and the late Wanda Moran of Elkins. Princess Katelyn has one sister, Alexandria Kimbleton.  Katelyn is a 2021 graduate of Elkins High School where she was a princess for the Homecoming Court in her sophomore and senior years. She was also member of skills USA and an honor roll student. In the fall, she will be a sophomore at Davis & Elkins College where she will earn a degree in Nursing. She was also named to the presidents list in 2021 at Davis and Elkins College.

Mackenzie Faith Holland Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced that Mackenzie Faith Holland will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Mackenzie Faith Holland was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director General Robbie Morris. She is the daughter of Richard and Angela Holland of Elkins and Marisa and Kent Downey of Elkins. She is the granddaughter of the late Lunsford and Xenada Holland of Elkins and Connie Pingley and the late Ralph Pingley of Beverly. Mackenzie has two brothers, Matthew and Brock Holland, and three sisters, Bethany and Madison Holland and Emma Downey. Princess Mackenzie is a 2020 graduate of Elkins High School, where she graduated top 10% of her class and participated in class council and student council. She was a member of the National Honors Society and the National Technical Honors Society. She was also a varsity Cheerleader and a member of the Homecoming Court. Mackenzie is a junior at West Liberty University where she is on the Dean’s List and works full time. She has been accepted into the competitive Dental Hygiene program from which she will graduate in 2024. She was a jester in 2014 for the 75th Mountain State Forest Festival.

Mackenzie Malie Harshbarger Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Mackenzie Malie Harshbarger will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Mackenzie Malie Harshbarger is was appointed by WV Senator Mike Maroney and is the daughter Jason and Michelle Harshbarger of Pullman, WV.  She is the granddaughter of Sheila Cunningham of Pullman, WV and Dave and Carol Sprigg of Harrisville, WV.

Princess Mackenzie is a 2021 graduate of Ritchie County High School where she participated in cheerleading and was the cheerleading MVP.  She participated in church youth group, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership, World Leadership Congress, Future Business Leaders, RCHS Rebel Leader and boxing.  In the fall, she will be a sophomore at Marietta College.

Alexis Breanne Hare Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced that Alexis Breanne Hare will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Alexis Breanne Hare, was appointed by the Commissioner of Corrections, Betsy Jividen. She is the daughter of Skip and Roxane Hare of Elkins. She is the granddaughter of Burton and Sue Hare of Elkins and Junior and Phyllis Cross of Belington. Princess Alexis has one brother, Ryan Hare. Alexis is a 2020 graduate of Elkins High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and lettered in basketball for four years. In the fall she will be a junior at Alderson Broaddus University where she is majoring in Exercise Science and has been on the deans list. Alexis plans on attending Physician Assistant School after graduation.

Alexandra Suzanne Hall Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Alexandra Suzanne Hall will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Alexandra Suzanne Hall was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director General Robbie Morris and is the daughter of the late Dwight Hall and Jackie Hall of Elkins, WV.  She is the granddaughter of Becky Hall of Elkins, WV and Arline and the late Ed Hall of Jonesville, VA.  She has one brother, David Cline.

Princess Alexandra is a 2021 graduate of Elkins High School where she was drum major, section leader and a member of the debate team.  She was on Student Council and Class Council and was a member of the National Honor Society.  In the fall, she will be a sophomore at the University of Richmond where she is studying Philosophy, Politics and Economic Law.  She is secretary for Alpha Phi Omega, is a member of Phi Alpha Delta, pre-law, member of Women in Economics and is an elementary tutor for Youthlife.

Margaret Grace Haas Appointed as a Princess for the 84th Mountain State Forest Festival

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Margaret Grace Haas will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Margaret Grace Haas was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival Director Genera, Robbie Morris.  She is the daughter of Robert and Emily Haas of Lewisburg, WV.  She is the granddaughter of Nancy Lough Heck and the late Charles Heck of Petersburg, WV and the late Bob and Bea Haas of Renick, WV.  She has one sister Lydia Haas.

Princess Margaret is a 2022 graduate of Greenbrier East High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Vice President of Student Government, organized the school media page and was President of Central Willing Workers 4-H club.   In the fall, she will be a freshman at West Virginia University where she is majoring in psychology

Mountain State Forest Festival Director Robbie Morris has announced Madyson Sue Fincham will serve as a Princess to the Royal Court of Maid Silvia LXXXIV, Caroline Marie Fluke.

Princess Madyson Sue Fincham was appointed by Mountain State Forest Festival President, Ben Shaffer.  She is the daughter of Scott and Amy Fincham of Charles Town, WV.  She is the granddaughter of Mitch Fincham (formerly of Elkins) and the late Cindy Fincham of Summit Point, WV and Jennifer Kable and the late Emory Kable of Ranson, WV.  She has one sister, Julie Fincham.

Princess Madyson is a 2022 graduate of Washington High School where she graduated with honors and lettered in volleyball.  She was named court captain and received the “Most Valuable Player for Varsity” her senior year.  In addition, she participated in FFA and Key Club at Washington and was a setter for a Virginia volleyball travel team.  She was also voted “Most Kind” by her senior class.  In the fall, she will be a freshman at Shepherd University where she plans to major in environmental studies
